51. Jab, cross, front
This is a high-intensity interval workout that targets most of your major muscle groups and improves co-ordination and stamina.
Technique:
- Stand with your hips facing your left side and your right foot placed in front of your left foot.
- Lift your arms up to assume a boxing position.
- Punch the air in front of you with your right arm.
- Throw another punch with your left arm and allow your body to rotate along with your left arm when it coasts over to the right side of your body.
- Your entire body weight should be balanced on your right foot.
- The heels of your feet should be lifted up in the air slightly.
- Bring both your arms back towards your body and shift back into the starting position, while facing forward.
- Repeat for the other side.
